I tried a new recipe only I made some changes to it.
2.5lbs Chicken tenders or whole boneless, skinless chicken
2- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 packs dry Italian dressing (I used Kraft)
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a baking dish with non stick foil or tin foil sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
In a ziplock or bowl mix brown sugar and Italian packets. Dip chicken in mixture coating both sides. Lay in pan. Use any leftover mix to top chicken. Place in oven and bake turning every 15 minutes and basting with the juice until done. Tenders took about 25-30 minutes. When done baste again. Sugar will caramelize during cooking!
This recipe reminded me of sesame chicken. Serve with long grain brown rice!
